This hotel location and room condition and rate is amazing. I never have this type of hotel for this rate before. Front desk check in is so fast . Only issue is they don’t have elevator. I will definitely come again in this hotel when I come in this area.

This is a great stay if you'd like clean, economical, quiet, and professional courteous service. Pat and Gary were very accommodating. Good location as well. Thank you for the peaceful stay. Ps: I forgot: the gentlemen with glasses that I checked out with was courteous as well. I didn't get his name... I want to add that I didn't read all the reviews BUT the one review about someone being "accosted " about money is true. That was a part of my experience as well. They had a garbage bag in their hand as well....You might want to look into this...it was very alarming. Please note and I'll say it for everyone: it was a dark skinned black guy, looked about 56 yrs old & up, about 5'8 -5'9 give or take...I was at an angle. He had light salt and pepper hair...He also stood by after in an intimidating manner...

Clean, comfortable and cheap Hotel on I-40. Beds were very comfortable and you could tell the bedding was clean. Bathrooms were clean and floors were clean. A/C was cold and water was hot. Didn’t see any bugs anywhere. I have zero complaints and we all got a good nights rest. Two rooms for $134- can’t beat it for a halfway stop on our way to Hilton Head! Remember this is a extended stay hotel, so if you want fancy amenities go to a Hilton.
Got clean and fresh linens in the Room. Manager Pat helped us reducing deposit from $100 to $50. They refunded deposit on same day at check out.
I've stayed here for 2 weeks and I'm very satisfied with the service and the quality of the accommodations. The staff has been very responsive and helpful. This is an older property. it used to be the Extended Stay. Everything was very clean when I moved in. I had a problem with the heat and they were here about 20 minutes to fix it. I've had a problem with my key card a couple of times and they've been extremely responsive and giving me a new key card within minutes. It appears to be family owned and operated and I think they're doing a great job. The grounds are nicely landscaped and always clean. It's been a very quiet stay . Nobody partying or make it a lot of noise. Remember it's an older Hotel with older fixtures in amenities but they've kept everything in good repair and for the price I don't think this place can be beat. I stayed at the Quality Inn on the other side of town for a few nights when I first got here it was a mess. It was a little more expensive than this hotel and they had roaches broken appliances, toilet wouldn't flush , had to wait an entire day to get a plunger, the refrigerator broke right after I came home with a armful of groceries and it took me 6 hours and two visits to the front desk to get it replaced. If you're on a budget or house hunting or searching for that apartment this is the place to lay your hat while you're in the process
